What is the minimum age that can go out on your boat.?

here is no minimum or maximum age. We have had children as young as 3 years and people as old as 86 snorkelling .

Our instructors love to help out, contact our office if you are in doubt.

Children under 5 are free if they don’t swim otherwise they are charge full child fare.

Do you take out people with disabilities.

Sea All welcomes people with disabilities and applaud those willing to try.

However the nature of boats and the sea may make it unfeasible for some seriously disabled.

I’m in the latter stages of pregnancy. Can I still swim with the dolphins?

You will be the best judge. Many pregnant women come out with us for that special experience.
We have wetsuits that should fit all and instructors very keen to help.
Getting out of the water is similar to getting out of a swimming pool

Are we guaranteed to see dolphins?

Unfortunately not. Our dolphins are wild and free to swim wherever they wish.
This makes the experience all the more special when the dolphins do interact.
We see dolphins approximately 85% of tours, strict codes ensure minimal impact when we do.

I get seasick easily. I was wondering how rough it get on the tour and what’s the longest we are on the boat for any one time?

Our tours take place in relatively sheltered waters and very rarely get very rough. Cruises between various snorkel sites on the tour are about 20 minute’s duration. Tours are cancelled if conditions become unsafe. Some people are more prone to motion sickness than others. It can occur to anyone at any time. If that is you we recommend you take motion sickness tablets, readily available from chemist, approximately 1/2 hr prior to departure.

Are there sharks where you go?

This is the most frequently asked question but luckily one of our least concerns.
Yes there are sharks in all Australian waters. However the incidence of shark attacks are so minute compared to other accidents we're more concerned about you’re road journey down here.
All swims are highly supervised and appropriate risk management procedures are in place.

Are we allowed to take alcohol on board?

For safety we don’t permit alcohol to be consumed until all snorkelling is finished. For special occasions it may be appropriate to bring your own drinks for the cruise home, but usually our tours are so action packed that we don’t often have the time to drink it.

Do we need to take lunch or something to eat?

Sea All provides light refreshments in the form of hot & cold drinks, fresh fruit and biscuits throughout the cruise.

We have found this to be the convenient to serve on a moving boat to passengers who are often dripping wet.
You are welcome to bring your own refreshments if you wish.

I am rather large do you have a wetsuit to fit?

We have wetsuits to fit all sizes from 2yrs to size 18+

Do I have to be a good swimmer?

Many of our snorkellers cannot swim at all. Thick wetsuits offer high flotation so that you cannot possibly sink.

Do you have diving masks for poor eyesight?

We have some masks with both positive and negative magnification.

Sea Sickness?

Anyone can get sea sick at anytime often it's due to if you are prone to sea sickness or car sickness.  We recommend that you take one of the may available travel sickness tablets before the tour begins.  Motion sickness tablets are available at most chemists.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

1. The certificate is fully transferable
2. The certificate must be redeemed by the due date or next available dolphin swim tour.
3. Where a gift certificate is issued for 2 or more people then the certificate can be redeemed separately if requested.
4. The certificate will be deemed void if either, notice of cancellation is not received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the appointment.
5. Gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash
6. The certificate may be redeemed any day of the week
7. Gift certificate may be redeemed in products or other services available at the Sea All Dolphin Swims.
8. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
